I had to laugh last week when the orange guy talked about 'breakfast sodas'.

LOL, apparently not either that or he doesnt mind the taste of soap LOL! The man just loves his shower, I wouldnt be surprised if one day he was eating dinner in there!

I usually do laundry, or help one of the kids with homework while I watch TV.
Most of my workouts involve having a DVD in the tv anyway, so I wouldn't know what to do.
What kind of excercise do you do while watching the show...maybe I will give it a try!!

I have an elliptical so I use that, but you could even just do stretching, lunges and squats, work some abs during the commercials. Or I stepped up and down my stairs one night when I had to watch downstairs and couldnt do the elliptical.

Try doing the imaginary chair during a commercial break! You know how you act like you are sitting in a chair with your back against the wall. Lets see who can make it through an entire commericial break!! Who's gonna try?

I'll be at the gym tonight, but there's only one TV, so it's a toss up as to what will be on. I will however be tivoing it at home.

Okay, I guess I am in for the chair thing, though I do that with Jillian's DVD and it about kills me...BUT, that is chair squat reps, so maybe sitting still on the wall won't burn as much During the show I like to do the walking steps from wakl away the pounds, either on the ground, on the step, or now I am loving jumping on the trampoline while watching (just have to pee every commercial break).

Hun--I had to laugh at your hubby! My hubby is that way with his baths. He takes in a big drink, his sudoku puzzle books and the week's worth of newspapers, and we all know he'll be in there for at least an hour
