Biggest Loser 2 DVD

Got the new DVD today and tried it out... Piece of cake compared to #1!!! REALLY scaled down... I'm disappointed! Cheryl |
There are so many options you can choose on the new dvd. There are 9 different routines. Maybe you can try different ones and find the one or ones that are challenging. I really think it depends on what you build within your routine.

Why be disappointed? It can still be as tough as you want to make it--just customize it for yourself! It's designed for beginners to intermediate. Anyone in super shape would not find it challenging. But then again--that's not who it's marketed for!

I got it for Christmas and just tried some of the workouts. I agree that some are much easier. The low intensity workout really was much lower than the first dvd!! I liked the Cardio Max ones thought (I tried both the men's and women's cardio workouts - I liked both).
Cheryl, which ones did you do? I wasn't very impressed with the low intensity workout, but the others were good. I haven't tried the stability workout, the bootcamp or any of the strength stuff. I will let you all know what I think when I do them! Charity |
