Count me in for sure. If you haven't found anyone to be the leader of the red team, I would love to do it. I am sure you would be kind enough to share that wonderful spread sheet you did for the blue team. That would definately make the job very easy.

Would like to join--I just got her book and 1 of the DVDs. I love the way she runs the exercise and she really is a motivational person.

I am new to this particular board, so if there's anything special I should know, pls. PM me (so I don't embarrass myself!)

Just wanted to remind everyone (more in particular for those requesting teams) the teams are made by weight placement.... so you may or may not end up on the team you "want"

This is why I'd prefer if people do not request teams.

We are holding off a little bit to start the next round. I believe it was decided to start after the holidays. Chellez will post the teams (Red or Blue--just like the show), and team captains (she will be blue team captain. She will announce the red team captain in a couple of weeks). Stay subscribed to this thread and watch for the announcements.
