Basically it is a 12 week challenge Biggest Loser style!

Each week we weigh in and the team with the biggest % weight loss is the winner!

We all have to work hard to not let our team down!

In our challenge post we are posting our starting weight will be as of which date (would mine be last Friday the day I started my diet or today)? When will be our first official weigh in? I just want to make sure before I fill in my stats because I noticed the first date is October 15th.

OMG, I think I just figured this out....the 15th is our first weigh in and we put the results beside the weight we have listed. Wow, I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer today LOL LOL :?: :shrug:

Can I join in - I wanted to participate really bad, but by the time I found this thread the blue and red team have been going for a while - JUst a little tidbit if possable my favorite color is PURPLE thanx
