I can't believe it! I just can't believe it. I FORGOT to watch the show tonight I dont' watch much television at all so never even THOUGHT of it and then family sat down to watch a Netflix selection.

Oh well....pooey! Someone give me a run down of the show.

What happened to those that were not chosen to stay at the ranch?? Are they supposed to still do the program but at home or are they just completely out of it?

I like that we do not HAVE to weigh on on Wednesday My weigh in day is Friday and I don't like to weigh on other days. I did weigh this morning thinking I needed it for the site, but I am not going to use it now. I will wait until Friday.

CJISME ~ The ones who didn't get chosen were taken to a state of the art gym, each one got evaluated and were put on a specific diet for them, shown how to do proper workout routines then sent home to do it on their own. At the end of the season, the man and woman who lost the most percentage weight will be brought back to compete with the ones left who were chosen. My heart was breaking for them. I know exactly how I would have felt, like my last chance had been taken away for a brand new life. Even though we each have the power to accomplish our goals... Sometimes it seems impossible without help.

I had choir practice last night and forgot to set the vcr. My hubby, who never programs it, had to do it with me calling him on the cellphone on the way to choir to give him directions on how to do it. LOL

Does anyone have the BL video?? What's it like, what's it involve and do you like it????

I love the BL dvd - you can pick and choose among 10 min warm-up, 4 different 20-25 min workouts and a 5-10 min cool-down and then they play automatically. I like Bob anyway, and this is good. You can also play it without his talking if you get tired of it. I thought it was excellent for the price and I like that it can be done in about 30 mins if you want or you can add on segments to get to an hour if you have the time.

I thought this was the thread to discuss the 3fc TBL game. I'd like to see a separate thread for each episode, personally. I just hate threads that get over 3-4 pages in length, it's too hard to see where one week's show starts or stops.
