I hope everyone had a great weekend. I had a rough time mid-week, but I'm back on plan and worked out like a beast this weekend. Walked 2 miles Saturday and another 2.5 today (a record), and my knees are feeling it!

Is there going to be a fall challenge?
Hi everyone I just posted the sigh up thread for the Fall Into Fitness challenge you have until October 3rd to sign up.
I have been doing okay but I'm not losing I go down a few then up a few so I guess maintaining is also a good thing. Would like to be 10 -20 lighter and stay. Not sure that would ever happen though.
