Well I weighed in and considered dropping out rather than posting a gain but I figured I would be a better asset to the team to stick it out. I have really been struggling. I keep trying but just seems like I am out of my groove but never fear, I will get my groove back.
. Couple of good things to report this week. One is that I really have been doing well at getting some exercise in. With the star climbing challenge at work I decided to add some walking in too. I got my mp3 loaded with music and I have found that I can hardly wait for lunch so I can go for my walk and listen to music. With the step climbing challenge we've got going on I have added walking up and back down a flight of steps each lap. It's been great and I am really having a lot of fun so hope nothing happens that breaks my rythem. Also they have also lifted some of the Internet restrictions at work so I should be able to start checking in a little more frequent now that I can use my iPad while waiting for DH after work evenings. So life is good even if my weight isn't reflecting it.
