I'm aiming for something every day!
Monday- 30 min yoga, 2 hours walking on the beach
Tuesday- 45 min running, 6 min walking
Wednesday- 35 min yoga
Thursday- 45 min running, 6 min walking, 1.5 hrs walking on the beach
Friday- 70 min yoga
Saturday- 45 min running, 5 min walking
Sunday- 20 min yoga, 30 min swimming
