Between Challenge Nutrition Thread Week 3 (Dec 10 - Dec 16)
 
This is the format for the Nutrition Journal for those who wish to utilize it. You could also add total calories for the day to the bottom of each day (if you are a calorie counter) or points (Weight Watchers), or just simply POP (perfectly on plan) ... whatever works for you ...
Just cut and paste into your own post and return each day to EDIT (update) that same post, please do not repost for each day.. Thank You!!

Snacks (am/pm) - so there is this thing called a boyfriend's company christmas party....I really do plan on getting into the habit of doing this though...and I WILL stay away from the bread and desserts...I just can't weigh out or be exact with my food so listing what I ate seems silly to me for some reason
