Hi team, like I posted last week life has been hectic but I am determined to get back on track. Somehow, I have managed to maintain my weight, (must be all the walking at work), but I know I could have been losing if I had remained focused. I need to learn to deal with the unexpected!
My youngest son is sick with the flu :( So, at 2:00am I was cleaning the carpet in his room so I am so tired right now  I might sneak in a little nap before dinner. I plan on working out after dinner as it's been awhile since I've exercised. Mel - :congrat: on getting below 150 that is awesome!!!!!!! :cheer: Rosa - WTG on losing 46 lbs in 4 months :cheer: That is amazing and is motivating to me. Riddy - :bravo: on the 5k race :cheer: Gotta run. Have a great weekend everyone  |

I had such a big loss this week that I don't have high hopes for continuing success next week, but we'll see. I was at a quilting retreat since Thursday and ate a bit off, but not too bad. I did walk lots...13000 steps today.

OK, I may be nuts. I just signed up for another 5K race on Thanksgiving. What makes it nuts is that I get back from my trip to Ireland the Sunday before Thanksgiving. I'm bringing my sneakers, but not sure I'll get a run in while I'm there. Plus I will need to detox after the trip. ;) I think I'll just plan on trying to run it, but not beat myself up if I need to walk some of it.
My scale finally blipped DOWN for the week - 182.1. Phew! Ew, narnia! Hope the household is healthy quickly! Rwquilts - 13000 steps - awesome! That should help offset some of the off-plan-ness. :p |
