I've got to get back on track this week. Oh, dear, this past month has not been good for me, :( but soon everyone will be back on the job and I'll be back on my schedule.

Hello everyone this is going to be an awesome challange and welcome to all of our new and returning challangers.

Best of luck to both teams as this is a fun motivator to lose but we are all here to do the same thing.....lose weigh and support each other.

For the Blue Team I am out of town right now so I have set up all of our threads already. Lets do this.
