Dinner - 1 slice veggie meat loaf, 1/2 cup macaroni & cheese, 3 tablespoons baked beans, 1/2 cup fried potatoes, 3 cups tossed salad, 1/2 tablespoon salad dressing
Supper - 1 fried egg in pan spray, 1 slice whole wheat toast, 1 cup postum with 1/4 cup skim milk, 1 orange, 8 cherries
Tuesday
Breakfast - 1 slice whole wheat toast, 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 pear, 2 egg whites fried in pan spray
Snack - 1 snack container apple pie yogurt
Dinner/Supper - 1 quesadilla (flatout wrap, veggie chicken, onions, green peppers, salsa, cheddar cheese), 100 grams fried potatoes, large green salad with vegetables and apple, 1 tablespoon salad dressing, 1/2 slice whole wheat bread, 2 grams butter
Binge- Cheezies, KitKat bar, nachos, cheese, salsa, sour cream
Wednesday
Breakfast - None
Dinner - 1 slice whole wheat bread, about 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1/2 small banana, 3 raspberries, 4 cherry tomatoes, 1 cookie, yougurt
Supper - 1 wrap with beans, cheese, lettuce with tomatoes & broccoli, sour cream
Thursday
Breakfast - 1 serving Shreddies cereal, 1/2 cup skim milk, 1/2 small banana, 6 cherries
Dinner - 4 cups popcorn, 1/2 small banana, couple bites off the top of a creamsicle, 1 butterscotch hard candy
Supper - 1 blueberry pancake, 1 tablespoon pancake syrup, 1/4 cup hashbrowns, 6 cherries, 1/2 cup ice cream
Friday
Breakfast - 1 serving Shreddies cereal, 1/2 cup skim milk, 1/2 medium banana, 6 cherries
Dinner - Just over a cup of fried macaroni & cheese, 1 tablespoon coleslaw, about 1 1/2 cups tossed salad, drizzle of dressing
