Red Team 2012 Spring into Summer Exercise Thread Week 5 (05/28-06/03)
 
For an effective weight loss program it is important to incorporate exercise as well as making better dietary choices. While any kind of exercise is good for you, it has been proven many times over that just cardio or just strength training isn't the way to go...you need to have a combination of both, with a little bit of core focus as well. So as you plan out and track your exercise this week, be sure to get in 2-3 strength workouts and 2-3 cardio sessions. And don't forget about those abs! Copy and paste the follow format and come back throughout the week to edit your original post. Let’s move those bodies!

Continuing the 6-pack March and Kick-*** April workouts in addition to walking daily.
(I've given up on the burpees & will try to get in other forms of cardio)
On June 1st I will begin the Mad Muscle May

Monday-Day 28 of workouts, dog walk, 12,813 steps
Tuesday-Day 29 of workouts, Walking, 8,005 steps
Wednesday-Day 30 of workouts, Dog walk, 12,405 steps
Thursday-Day 31 of workouts, dog walk, 13,420 steps
Friday-Crunches, 1 min side plank(both sides), dog walk, 11,604 steps
Saturday-Crunches, 1 min side plank(both sides), dog walk,15,135 steps
Sunday-Walking with kids 8,268 steps

Monday- 22 min yoga
Tuesday- 22 min yoga
Wednesday- 22 min yoga
Thursday- 27 min kettlebells, 22 min yoga
Friday - 22 min yoga, 35 min swimming
Saturday- 22 min yoga
Sunday- 22 min yoga

Tues-treadmill; weights; squats; sit ups; yoga
Wed-bike; lunges; jump rope; planks; yoga; golf-rained all day :(
Thurs-treadmill; weights; squats; sit ups; yoga; golf
Friday-(vacation) yoga; jump rope; planks
Saturday-TBD; bowling
Sunday-TBD; bowling
