Way to go red team!! Wish I helped with it, but this week will be different!! I'm back in focus! Spent a lot of time today grocery shopping and cooking and planning meals. Made some yummy grilled cod with an asian ginger glaze on it and brown rice for dinner. I've got everything laid out and chopped up and ready to be thrown into the crockpot before I head to work tomorrow to make 15 bean soup! Yum!!
I ordered the BodyMedia Link (kinda like a bodybugg) today as my birthday gift to myself using bday money... so excited to get it!!

Well, I was gone from 5am until 6pm with my daughter at a rowing regatta.
The Bad News: Missed the weigh in by 1/2 hour.
The Good News: I gained, so I don't mind skipping this week.
(well, gaining is never good news, but I'm a glass half full kinda gal)
And Team Red won the week without me!! Yay
Next week I will get my score in on time (early instead, since she has another regatta on Sunday). And I will make sure it is a LOSS!!
So what changes did you find worked in your favor or not so much?
I'm drinking herbal tea again, now that it's cooler, so that should help with liquid intake. Note to self- don't have nacho's on a Friday night (sets off poor eating habits for the weekend)

Don't feel bad I posted my Weigh in on Wednesday and did it wrong so now I have to use a freebie. It was a pound so it was still good.

My week is off to not a great start. I went out partying on Sat night so I needed to catch up on my sleep and ended up missing my workout class at 9. But I am going to go to my first ZUmba class tonight to make up for it.
