Default Red Team Fall Focus Nutritional Journal Week 6 (10/25-10/31)

This is the format for the Nutrition Journal for those who wish to utilize it. You could also add total calories for the day to the bottom of each day (if you are a calorie counter) or points (Weight Watchers), or just simply POP (perfectly on plan) ... whatever works for you ...
Just cut and paste into your own post and return each day to EDIT (update) that same post, please do not repost for each day.. Thank You!!

Lean Cusine- 5; pineapple- 2; yoplus- 2
cheese- 2; baked chips and salsa-2; jello- 0
Lasanga- 7; butterfinger- 6
activity points earned/used- 4/4

Tuesday- 31pts
Special K- 4; milk- 2; nutrigrain- 2; coffee- 1
Steak- 5; pineapple- 2; yoplus- 2
Sunchips- 9(yikes! shoulda looked that up first); coke- 4
activity points earned/used- 0/0

Flex Points Remaining for the Week- 34
