Hello ladies! Week 11 here we are! Some updates: I will have results finished by this evening. We did lose 3 more members this week. Sorry ladies, once you use two freebies you can't miss a weigh in.

On a side note, I got the results from those state certification tests I took last month....and I passed!!!!! WOOHOO!!

Shan- Congrats on passing your exams!

Well ladies, last week I was pretty inconsistant. And what a surprise, I also wasn't on 3fc much. So this week I'm resolving to log in every day, even if it's just for a minute to post in the "one reason I'll stay on plan today..." thread. I went to the grocery Saturday evening so I have plenty of food to cook and take to work for lunch.

It is going to be a crazy week for me with my daughter's return to school. We were busy today getting her stuff together which led to fast food for dinner. Plus I am going to miss some of my exercise classes to take her things to her school which will also mean more going out to eat. Yikes. I guess I will just have to take it a day at a time and then next week I can get back to the old routine.

Shan-Congrats on the nice weekly weight loss and passing the tests!

Ashley-Good for you for recommitting to logging on to 3FC. I find it very helpful also.

I have the results finished ladies just waiting on percentages from the blue team leader. I was the biggest loser this week. Mtiger was our honorable mention this week. Congrats to everyone on a great week 10 weigh in.

Thank you Shan. I am pretty excited about how my weight loss is going. I can not even imagine myself if I lose another ten pounds. It has been a very long time since I weighed under 150, I would guess probably 15 years!

Yesterday I was feeling sorry for myself because my daughter returned to college. This is her second year away so it is not as traumatic as last August. I just really like having her around. I was sorely tempted to go on a feeding frenzy but I am getting better at handling disappointment without food or my other favorite go-to, a chilled glass of chardonnay! I moped around for awhile and then put in a good two hours of exercise and it was finally time to just watch TV and go to bed!

Hello ladies. Just checking in. Hope everyone is having a good week. My diet has been good, but exercise is lacking. Only 8 days til I go home to Korea! My mom is having surgery tomorrow so I will be in the hospital for the majority of the day. Just bladder surgery, but prayers are appreciated, her name is Sherry. Thanks everyone!

It's been quiet on here this week. How is everyone doing with schools getting ready to start? Summer is coming to an end soon.

Shan- congrats on the continued weightloss & for rockin' your teaching exams. Hope your moms surgery goes well and she recovers quickly.

Terapet- WTG on 20 lbs gone! Great accomplishment.

Haven't had much to say as I continue to hold steady at my current weight. TOM is approaching which isn't helping with the defeatist attitude. I'm in a rut at work too and trying to figure out what to do next.

Kids here go back to school on Sept 2. Hard to believe, but grateful as I'm looking foreward to getting back into a routine.

Maybe the change to the school routine will be the jump start you need. You are a busy working mom! Keep in mind how far you have come and don't let the plateau get you down.

Hope everyone has a great Friday. My mom's surgery went really fast and really well. She is recovering at home for the most part. She is already running around doing stuff so thats a good thing. I have to remind her to take time to slow down and relax.

My work visa came through for Korea so another blessing this week! Things are looking really good for my life going back to Korea next Thursday. Hope everyone has a good weekend! I'm off to play bingo tonight one more time before I leave to go back to Korea. Wish me luck! haha.

Terapet- thanks for the hugs! & the reminder that it is the journey- not the number on the scale that's important.

Shan- glad your mom us doing well, but yes- make sure she doesn't over do it. Sounds like you have all your ducks in a row for heading back to Korea. Enjoy your last few days stateside.

I was at work and then our childcare for the day 'fell through' due to the rain. So I left after only an hour on the clock and am entertaining the kids. Let's just say I'm not upset
