Shan- welcome home! Sounds like a great start to your holidays! Enjoy every minute of it.

Bigmid- thanks for checking in on team red. Hope you had a grate Canada Day. We just got back from 4 days of camping in Waterton Natl Park. We had a great time, despite the rain & gale force winds.

It was tough to stay OP while camping, but I hope I made up for it with our hikes and just constant movement.

Happy 4th of July Weekend!

BlueEyes- My step dad is 50. My mom is 48, and my real dad is 45.

Monte- Congrats on the lbs down!

It's 5am here in Daytona. My sleeping has been a little strange since being here. I can't get a full 8 hours of sleep at the right time at night. I hope its not drastically effecting my weight loss. I came home to the hotel at 4pm yesterday and my family let me sleep til 10pm. Then I was up until 12:30am. Slept on and off til 5am. Now I'm up and on here!

Being back here is very strange. In some ways I feel like I'm experiencing a little bit of culture shock. In other ways, its easy to fall back and be natural with my family. I will be posting a few new pictures soon so ya'll can see me with me new clothes that actually fit! Woohoo! Have a good Saturday everyone! Coke Zero 400 in Daytona here I come.

Were off for the weekend so I'm weighing now.
:sunny::swim::flow2: Have a good weekend everyone!

Hey guys. Weigh in isn't so good for me this week, but I've been doing a lot of heavy drinking this week (job starts Tuesday, guess I felt the need to party down). Today is my last event though, and it's a cookout so it shouldn't be too hard to eat healthy.

My scale has been giving me some pretty weird numbers this week (like 5 to 15 lbs less than what I know I weigh), so I think I'm going to buy a new battery and see if that fixes it.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend ladies. Have a good weigh in!

Hi ladies. Don't forget to weigh in by 10pm AST tonight!

I weighed in at 4lbs down this week. Not bad for my first week back in the states!

I had a blast going VIP with my dad at the racetrack yesterday for his 50th birthday present. We had an awesome experience.

Hope everyone has a great 4th of July.
