This is the format for the Nutrition Journal for those who wish to utilize it. You could also add total calories for the day to the bottom of each day (if you are a calorie counter) or points (Weight Watchers), or just simply POP (perfectly on plan) ... whatever works for you ...

Total: 300 Supper - Courgette, babycorn, asparagus& cheese triangle with sauces. Muller light & a mandarin. Total: 400 Snacks (am/pm) - Sultana bran, muller light & skimmed milk: Total: 400 Tuesday Total: 1200 Wednesday Breakfast - 4 mandarins: Total: 100 Lunch - Spicy bean soup & baby corn. Muller light & jelly: Total: 300 Supper - 2 courgettes, babycorn, veggies cheese triangle & sauces. 2 plums, a mandarin & a Jelly pot: Total: 400 Snacks (am/pm) - Sultana branflakes, skimmed milk & muller light: Total: 1200 Thursday Breakfast - muller light: Total: 100 Lunch -2 pots of melon, 2 pots of low cal jelly, one muller light: Total: 300 Supper - Broccoli, babycorn, onion & mixed veggies with cheese triangle & sauce.
