Monday Breakfast - Muller light: Total: 100 Lunch - Muller light, pot of jelly, pot of low cal jelly, 4 mandarins: Total: 300 Dinner - Veggies, baby sweetcorn & an onion. Sauces & cheese square. 3 plums. Total: 400 Snacks- Muller light, bran flakes & skimmed milk. Total: 400 Monday Total: 1200 Tuesday Breakfast-Jelly pot & Coffee. Total: 100 Lunch- Soup & Celery. 3 plums, a kiwi & a pot of jelly Total: 300 Dinner- Veggies & aspargus. Cheese square & sauces. 4 plums & one mandarin: Total: 400 Snacks- Muller light. bran flakes & skimmed milk: Total: 400 Tuesday Total: 1200 Wednesday Breakfast- Apple : Total: 150 Lunch- 2 pots of jelly, 2 mandarins & a muller light: Total: 250 Dinner- Mushrooms, asparagus & celery with cheese square & sauces. One plum, one kiwi & a jelly pot: Total: 400 Snacks-Muller light, & branflakes: Total: 400 Wednesday Total: 1200 Thursday Breakfast- Pot of jelly: Total: 100 Lunch- Melon, strawberries & muller: Total: 300 Dinner- Mushrooms, brocolli & onion with a cheese square & sauces. 3 mandarins: Total: 300 Snacks- Muller light, branflakes :Total: 400 Thursday Total: 1200 Friday Breakfast- Two kiwiis: Total: 100 Lunch- Pot of jelly, muller & apple. Two low cal pots of jelly: Total: 350 Dinner- Brocoli, onion & tuscone soup. Muller light. Total: 400 Snacks- Branflakes & muller light: Total: 350 Friday Total: 1200 Saturday Breakfast- Apple: Total: 100 Lunch- Soup & salad. Two pots of jelly & some melon. Total: 300 Dinner- Veggies & cucumber. Sauces & cheese traingly. Melon. Blueberries. Jelly: Total: 450 Snacks- 2 pots of low cal jelly, 5 pickled onions & a coke. Total: 350 Saturday Total: 1200 Sunday Breakfast- One peach & one plum: Total: 100 Lunch- Soup, salad & cucumber with carrot.
