My laptop is dead and I don't know when I'll be getting a new one. I'm using DS's at his place but he lives 4 hours away so that's too far to go everyday. :D So if I'm not around I will be eventually. I'll have to use a neighbors computer to weigh in next week if I still don't have a new laptop. Or I can go to the library. Just know I'll be thinking of my blue team even if I'm not posting.

Why is it that when we get close to our goal weight we go off on an eating binge? It's like a celebration of sorts and that 2 pounds lost and I have to start over.:devil:

I had a food fest this weekend as well.. darn jellybeans... grrr to them and that kit kat... and the doritos.. aghhhhhhh :hug: to all.. going to finish cleaning.. i completely rearranged my living room today and started spring cleaning.. so I hope that helped the damage I did last night... sighhhhhh

WAHOO! Finally the scale is showing how hard I have been working...-3.2 pounds this week! Who would have thought that by eating more food, you would lose more weight! Hope everyone has a great Sunday, mine has started off fantastic! :carrot:

I fell off the wagon.
Big time. Not necessarily with food (although that wasn't fantastic) but I somehow managed to drink a whole 35cl bottle of vodka, a bottle of white wine... and WHO KNOWS how many shots of navy rum (eurgh?!) last night. I really feel like a total let down and a failure and obviously very very very sick. My boyfriend is mad at me (obviously) and I barely remember a thing. It was like some sort of self-destruct mission. Bleurgh. Now all I want is to curl up on the sofa with some comfort food, but I only have healthy stuff in and made myself avoid any grocery shopping on the way home. And tomorrow I have a MASSIVE job interview assessment day from 9am-5pm and just have ruined my weekend for myself. What a twerp. |

That's the thing - I drink far less than I used to, maybe a few glasses of wine two or three times a month. Nights like last night used to be a 3-4 times a week kinda thing. I just thought all that was behind me. Sorry, I'm really dragging the vibe down.

Quick hello and hope you are all doing well. I am posting a gain for the week which was actually from last Sunday and I have gone down some this week but I posted weigh in on friday last week so the gain didn't show til now. Sorry. I have also screwed up my internet and can't seem to connect anymore so I won't be on as often. If I can borrow my mom's computer now and then I will but otherwise it will be for weigh in. I can't believe I screwed up the computer not able to recognise the wireless connection anymore. I should have just left things alone this morning. Oh well what are you gonna do.
I am kind of upset about still showing a gain as I have been doing double workouts all week and actually did 3 workouts yesterday. Guess it's just not meant to be for me this time around. Good luck to the rest of you and I will try to check in whenever possible. |

Hey Ladies~
Sorry I've not been around. Had to work all week, had to rearrange my book shelves in both stores, plus go to another store. Yesterday was spent at a wrestling tourny and today was playing catch up with stuff around the house and grocery shopping! I did lose 2lbs this week though :carrot: This week should be much better and back to an exercise routine!! Hope all is well with everyone. :grouphug: |
