Muller light: Total: 400 Monday Total: 1200 Tuesday Breakfast - A peach, a plum & a mandarin: Total: 100 Lunch - Melon, tomato soup, 2 plums & a peach: Total: 300 Dinner - Carrots, onion, mushrooms with cheese triangle & sauce. Peach, plum, mandarin. Total: 400 Snacks - Sultana bran, muller light & skimmed milk~ : Total: 400 Tuesday Total: 1200 Wednesday Breakfast - Muller light: Total: 100 Lunch -Celery, soup & a plum. A large apple. 4 mandarins: Total: 400 Dinner - Carrots, broccoli & onion. Sauces & a cheese triangle. Mandarin: Total: 400 Snacks - Sultana bran & muller: Total: 300 Wednesday Total: 1200 Thursday Breakfast - Apple: Total: 150 Lunch - Veggie dish & soy sauce.
