The team results are posted!

Congrats to Tamara for being our biggest loser! And to VeeDeeValentine, crcossel & tricia80 for being runner ups!

Just thought I'd give an update on how we are doing so far. Overall, VeeDeeValentine is our biggest loser, having lost 7.28% of her body weight in 3 weeks! Our overall runner ups are abey (6.44%), faert (5.99%) & dstill88 (5.11%).

This week a number of players were eliminated, as they have missed 3 weigh ins.

busy day today....cleaning house and finally folding and putting away the laundry - i bummed it this weekend. so now have lots to do to get the house ready for tomorrow.
still need to eat some breakfast....a friend down the street isnt feeling good so i went to sit with her for a while and my DS played with her DS while we talked. then her hubby came home from formation to take her to the dr. hope she feels better soon.

gotta go - have the kitchen almost clean and have the bathrooms straight....now to fix breakfast and fold laundry - what a pile. LOL :)

Not a great weekend foodwise but I did get in some exercise. I have done great today on plan and need to go to the store to get some healthier choices for lunches and dinner. TOM hit hard yesterday and I felt like eating everything in sight. I hate that feeling. I also hate this bloated feeling with my pants digging in my tummy. That is going to STOP!!! My goal this week is to eliminate salt and to exercise.

chewysmom 01-25-2010 11:33 AM

I'm looking forward to a somewhat normal week. :) Nothing planned as far as appts go. My goals for this week are to stay OP and to exercise more than I have been.

I hate that so many people got eliminated this week. :( Let's stay strong RED team!:carrot:

Happy Monday everyone!! Although I do agree that it sucks to have so many people eliminated. :( Hopefully we'll all stay strong during the rest of the challenge...

Congrats to our biggest losers of the week! I'm sad too that so many had good intentions but didn't follow through....I've done that so many times....start a diet plan and really get excited at first and then fall back but not this time! Let's go RED TEAM....don't give up! :D

VeeDeValentine 01-25-2010 12:41 PM

:D Well done everyone!

7.28%?! I'm shocked! Happily shocked~ but shocked all the same! ^_^ Gosh, I have to say it really is all thanks to this website and the people on it~

Here's to a good week! ^_^

Happy Monday and congrats to our "losers". I am getting discouraged... I seem to be stuck at 171-170 and can't get into the 160's no matter how hard I try! I've upped my water intake and cardio, and its going on the third week where I'm not getting anywhere! Hopefully this week will be my week to lose so I can contribute a good number for our team!!

Despite not losing as great as I'd like, I am losing inches so I guess I know I'm making progress, just not the progress I need for this game!

 everyone.

Congrats to all our losers this week!

I had to take a freebie, not only did I forget to post my weight, my WI was horrific anyway.:o

This week will be better. I'm trying to put in some motions to get my life on the right track.

This week: finish financial aid forms and possiblely (sp?) register for classes. Also, get back on track with my water and eating right.

:grouphug:

:congrat: Tamara!

I did a really good workout this morning, almost made me puke but I stopped before that point...Jillian would be so disappointed  but it felt so good to be back into active lifestyle again. I will be doing cardio with Turbo Jam later this evening.

Wow...after this week we will be a month into the competition already! Time flies so fast.

ArmyWife02 01-25-2010 03:07 PM

had breakfast, then ended up taking a nap. lol oh well i needed it. since i know i might not sleep well tonight - since we're gonna be getting in the last hours ;)
need to get DS ready to go to the PX to get a few things for the hubby then go get DD from school. hope we can get some more cookies sold soon. we started out with 150 boxes and have only sold 11 boxes.....need to hit the ground running and hit up the neighbors to sell some boxes ;) lol and hoping some soldiers/families will wanna buy some tomorrow night at the ceremony *fingers crossed* ;)

Hey ladies. Congrats to our biggest losers and all those who had a good week last week. I just spent the weekend visiting my sister, which involved a lot of not so healthy food and a whooole lot of calories spent on alcohol. So I'm getting back on track today, trying to make up for the weekend. Unfortunately I re-injured my right knee on the leg press last week and then aggrivated it by running. So I'm taking a break from C25K :( I hope it heals up fast. I think I will try to take a walk this afternoon though and maybe do my ab focus today.

dstill88 01-25-2010 03:37 PM

Good Monday to all. Congrat to all the losers. I can't believe that I have stuck with it this long. Thanks to all my 3fc friends and to my bff's that are taking the challenge with me. AWSOME!!!

flowingair 01-25-2010 03:56 PM

Congratulations to everyone. I'm really going to get busy with exercise this week. I'm also going to try and post more often I know that helps.

Army wife-it must be so difficult having all those cookies in the house. I can still remember my house smelling like mint chocolate cookies. Good Luck selling them.

it's not that bad....i still have lots of cookies we bought last year when i was the cookie mom. lol but i didnt wanna be cookie mom this year and deal with all the business side of it since my hubby was coming home during the start of cookie season.
i bought 1 box of thin mints, since i didnt have any from last year ;) i do plan to stock up on those and the ones the kids and hubby like that i'm out of. but i dont intend to buy 10-12 cases like last year to hit DD's goal. lol i'm still buried in cookies - even after selling some more to my parents and at yard sales. lol ;)
the only cookies i have here are my DD's cookies she's selling, which makes it easier than having the whole troops cookies here piled everywhere ;) LOL
