Purple Team Week 1 Santa Says Challenge

Okay.. so we are all going to jump on in here and challenge one another. I will start by adding a challenge and then the first person to complete my challenge will then post their own challenge for the next person.. a slight variation on the children's game Simon Says.. your Challenge will begin with Santa Says ...
Be sure to state that you had completed Santas task. :D

Done - 34- better than none! LOL

Santa Says:

10 (each side) Standing Elbow to Cross Knee Crunch
Stand with one arm behind your head, raise the opposite leg and try to touch elbow to knee. Return to beginning position and repeat with opposite arm and leg. This crunch is great for balance!

Tip: Make sure you don't pull on your neck and head, but fold and squeeze from your belly.
