RED TEAM Week 9 Exercise Challenge - POP
Let's do a POP challenge this week. Post your plan for each day, then come back and tell us how you did. Of course we want to shoot for 7 POP days, but in the interest of moderation, 5 POP days will be considered beating the challenge.
POP is not just exercise. It includes your eating goals as well, or anything else you want to add, like water intake or getting your vitamins. BURN IT!!! |
