My plan is too eat BFL style (protein and carb at every meal) to = 5 meals up to 1500 cals a day and do bfl style exercise 3 hiit's & 3 weight lifting (2 lbwo & 1 ubwo)

Well, yesterday was a wash. Darn marshmallows! And, I forgot to drink my water. So, I'm starting today. My goal are to eat healthy. No refined foods. No sugary treats. I'll also drink at least 5 glasses of water each day and exercise for at least 30 minutes.

Okay, I vow to stay OP. 1100 cals and under 100 carbs. Now some of you guys know I have Dland on Friday, and I'm so sorry to admit that that day will probably be a ruined day. But I'll try to make up for it by running/walking the back bay loop around here - 12 miles! on Sunday - that's 1020 cals burned, woot!

I need an intervention on my obsession with chik fila ice dream cones. One opened up by my work and I've been going there almost every day for a 170 cal cone. :(

Yes, I totally do add it into my calories for the day, and it fits in, but I mean I just don't need those 31 carbs! I should forego them, but it's so hard! They are the best ice cream in the world! Or froyo, whatever it is, it's super thick and delicious! |
My plan is to stay within my calories and workout every day this week. Monday was a wash for me but I am been good the rest of the week so far.

Well I wish this was up before I left for my conference (well the result would most likely be the same:o) I was good for the first 2 days there then kind of bad for 2 (not horrible just kind of bad) and then good and OP and on water when I got back. So I went up 2.2lbs in the 5 days I was gone but then lost that and then some so down 1.4 for the week.

I'm actually impressed with myself, I managed to be POP with my calories. I lowered my intake to 1200-1400 to re-boot my system, and apparently it worked. I drank my water every day, sometimes more than 8 glasses.
