My 'lie' was I drive a motorcycle. I've ridden on them several times, but never taken over the driver seat.

Suzanne-where in Japan did you live? We were ~20 min west of Tokyo on the Chuo-sen in a town called Higashi-Koganei.

Hope everyone is having a wonderful Wednesday!!! This summer seems to have flown by. I have got to start getting school supplies and getting the kids ready to go back, football practice actually starts monday!! I am not ready for this. Anyway I am on day 2 of my cleanse and I do not feel healthier and thinner as promised but maybe tomorrow? Oh well. I am staying on plan and getting in all my water and I walked last night and monday night as well. I think for me exercise is the key so I am going to focus on that.

Ok so as everyone guess I moved to Europe when I graduated High School and lived for a little more than 6 months.

Hi everyone, just wanted to check in and let you know I won't be online the next couple of days. Surgery is tomorrow @7am,hope to be in my own bed by 2pm. I figure I'll be back online Friday or Saturday.

sweetandspicy 07-08-2009 03:26 PM

Good luck with your Surgery CAT.. Try and let us know how it goes as soon as you feel up to it!!!

mtiger 07-08-2009 06:54 PM

Cat- Good luck. We'll be thinking about you.

TOM arrived today, so I am really hoping for that whoosh by weeks end. Don't dissapoint me now. I still need to get in a workout. I am really bored with all my normal stuff. Wish I could do something new and fun. I also need to eat some darned food. I have only had 1000 calories so far today.

Congrats Red team on winning this week. I thought we didn't do too great, but we did better than the blue team. Hopefully I'll be some help this next weigh-in.

Good luck on your surgery CAT. :hugs:

I also got my TOM today mtiger, so I feel you. I am not going to let it stop me though! I already decided today would be my rest day, but tomorrow, I'm up early working out.

Good work Red Rockets!

Cat~thinking about you.Hope all goes well.

Mindy~ TOM is headed my way too...yea

Mommyofsix~ I agree this summer has been way to fast already.

Work is pretty stressful this week. On the bright side it's cooled off so much I've been walking outside.

Am I too late for the game? Two lies, one truth.

Kelley is actually my last name

I have 3 sisters and 6 brothers

My first job was as a DJ on a local am station

I lived in Misawa. It's on the east coast of the main island of Honshu, about 400 miles north of Tokyo. Lots of snow! :)

Wishing you all the best tomorrow and a very speedy recovery. See you in a couple days :)

Cat -thinking of you this morning. Hoping the surgery goes well with a quick recovery.

Suzanne- We never made it that far north. Only as far as Sendai & Mt. Iwate for some camping.

Kelleigh- I'm guessing your 'truth' is that you have 3 sisters & 6 brothers.

No majo. Plans today- still catching up on laundry & dishes. We took the kids to Stampede for half the day yesterday. We saw the superdogs, watched a high-dive team, and a local band. We left just as the rain started ;)

I'm happy to report that surgery went well and I was home by 11:30. I'm up from my drug induced nap and ready to eat something. Will take some more pain meds and I'm sure go back to sleep.

Thank you you all for thinking about me.

Hugs,
C

Cat- Glad to hear things went well. Now here's to a speedy recovery.

I just did a 3 mile walk (even with killer cramps) I'm like Shannon, I just keep going. Seems there are a bunch of us having TOM fun at the same time. I am keeping fingers crossed that it takes a few pounds with it. I have been working my butt off and deserve a loss.

Nope. :) Kelley is my last name.

Cat, wishing you a speedy recovery.

Mindy, you work so hard, you do deserve a loss.

I should be in bed. Ever had such a rough, long day and be just totally worn out yet you can't sleep?

Same here, I've done well this week with eating and working out. We shall see.

Glad you're good CAT! Take it easy. :)

mtiger 07-10-2009 08:56 PM

TOM is finally easing up today. Sometimes the cramps are to die for. Well now if I could lose a few pounds I would be delighted.

Just finished another 3 mile walk/jog. It's pretty humid so I am a hot, sweaty mess.
