Red Team Weekly Allowance Thread - THE FINAL WEEK
 
Lets get moving Red Team...list your chores and earn your allowance!

New this week? Well here is how you do it!

1. Make a list of "chores" one "chore" for each day of the week, starting on Monday (12/1- 12/7)

Here is an example of your chore list-
Monday - 30 minute walk
Tuesday - Last chance workout during TBL commercials
Wednesday - 45 minutes yoga
Thursday - 15 minutes on the elliptical
Friday - walk somewhere instead of driving
Saturday - weights
Sunday - Workout DVD

2. At the end of the week, when you've completed all your "chores" you will have earned your allowance. If you can make it through the week, you need to take go buy yourself something, doesn't have to be anything major just SOMETHING! A new book, a starbucks coffee, a new toe nail polish, a nice candle, a flower...you get the idea.

Can you make a list and stick to it for 7 days?

Monday - 60 mins walking, 100 situps, 45 pushups **Done**
Tuesday - 60 mins walking, 100 situps, 45 pushups **Done**
Wednesday - 60 mins walking, 100 situps, 45 pushups **Done**
Thursday - 60 mins walking, 100 situps, 45 pushups **Done**
Friday - 60 mins walking, 100 situps, 45 pushups **Done**
Saturday - 180 mins walking, 100 situps, 45 pushups **Done**
Sunday - 60 mins walking, 100 situps, 45 pushups **Done**

Allowance - I've decided to make this a bit more challenging. I've been wanting to get the Hobbit & LOTR unabridged audiobooks, so I'm going to be earning them each week. One week for each book, but I have to have earned all four of them before I can get them. So I'll need to stay on track for 4 weeks. I have completed the first, second, & third weeks, earning The Hobbit, The Fellowship of the Ring & The Twin Towers. This week I'm trying for The Return of the King.

Tuesday: 5k walk/jog, 5k exercise bike, 45 counter push-ups, 5 real push-ups
Wednesday:45 minute circuit workout
Thursday: 5k walk/jog, 5k exercise bike, 45 counter push-ups, 5 real push-ups
XFriday: 45 minute circuit workout
Saturday: Rest Day
XSunday: 5k walk/jog, 5k exercise bike, 45 counter push-ups, 5 real push-ups

Cat's Chore List
✔Monday: 30 mins cardio plus UB weights & abs - all at gym
✔Tuesday: 30 min swim plus abs at home
✔Wednesday: 30 mins cardio plus LB weights & abs - all at gym- did weights & abs, will add more cardio in tomorrow to make up for it
✔Thursday: 30 min swim plus abs at home - did 30 min swim plus 30 min run on TM
Friday: 45 min cardio plus UB weights either at home or gym
Saturday: 5k
Sunday: *ab day to make up for my lack of abs this week*

Allowance Reward: Twilight book so I can finally read it :)

Yep I'm really late for the week, but I have been very busy. Plus I was on my mini-break. I'm going to do this a little different, if it's okay. Since I workout with a friend, I don't know what we are going to do everyday. So I am posting general chores.

Monday- Minimum 30 min.- Walked 40 min.
Tuesday- Minimum 30 min.- 15 min. kickboxing and 15 min. WATP
Wed.- Minimum 30 min. 30 min. BL Cardio Max
Thursday- Minimum 30 min. 40 min. curcuit. Walk a lap, jog a lap, one min. strength move
Friday- Minimum 30 min. 30 Min. BL Cardio Max
Sat.- Minimum 40 min. Strong finish. Christmas party. No workout
Sunday- Minimum 40 min. Strong finish.

Allowance- I really had to think about this. There is a really pretty sweater at Kohl's. I think that will be my allowance.
