Lets get moving Red Team...list your chores and earn your allowance! Let's start out November with a bang!
New this week? Well here is how you do it!
1. Make a list of "chores" one "chore" for each day of the week, starting on Monday (11/3 - 11/9)
Here is an example of your chore list-
Monday - 30 minute walk
Tuesday - Last chance workout during TBL commercials
Wednesday - 45 minutes yoga
Thursday - 15 minutes on the elliptical
Friday - walk somewhere instead of driving
Saturday - weights
Sunday - Workout DVD
2. At the end of the week, when you've completed all your "chores" you will have earned your allowance. If you can make it through the week, you need to take go buy yourself something, doesn't have to be anything major just SOMETHING! A new book, a starbucks coffee, a new toe nail polish, a nice candle, a flower...you get the idea.
Can you make a list and stick to it for 7 days?
Post up your lists! Check those chores off as they are done! Then we want to know what you bought for yourself!
Mon - 45+ mins running/walking + weights UB .......Did cardio, no weights
Tues - 60 mins swimming + abs.....changed this to be my off day
Wed - 45+ mins running/walking + weights LB....Did cardio and abs and UB weights
Thurs - 60 mins swimming +abs
Fri - 3 mile run straight no stopping
Sat - 60 mins swimming (gonna get up early and go!)
Sun - rest or yard work if it's not pouring outside
Reward: an hour to myself on Monday when DH is off!
Mon - Cardio and weights @ gym........DONE
Tues - Cardio @ gym...........DONE
Wed - Cardio and weights @ gym..........DONE
Thurs - Cardio...........DONE
Fri - Shred
Sat - Shred
Sun - Off day...gonna try to do something active though!
Allowance- TBA....thinking more stuff for my room though

Allowance - I've bought so much stuff in the last month that I'm doing to assign something retroactively as my allowance. So I just earned a new backup drive for my computer.

What to spend my allowance on. HHMM!! I am going to have to think about this one. I should also be celebrating onderland. So, it's a biggie. What about taking a sick day and just relaxing and doing whatever I feel like??
