I forgot to post my goals yesterday.
My commitment: 20 of the next 30 days. I resolve to use my treadmill and Tony Little Gazelle as more than just a clothes hanger. On good weather days I resolve to walk my son to school rather than sticking him on a bus. This would be good for both of us. My reward: Faster weight loss. |

HI!I'm in too.
1. I am committing to 30 days of exercise. Of either running, lifting, push-ups or stretching. 2. Reasons: I want to be more consistent. Especially on the push-ups. I keep starting week-one of the 100-hundred pushups challenge, over and over and over. I actually want to work through all six weeks, and do my hundred pushups. The other reason is I want to get back into the 140's, an area I arrived at briefly but have moved out of again recently. It may just be a dream right now, but I would love to actually be at 140. I'm 5'7" so this is a realistic weight I think; just one that my old habits never led me to. YAY!! NEW PATTERNS! 3. Reward: A new wide angle lens for the digital SLR I am getting this week. or...something cute from lulumon.
