cottage cheese with rasberries, agave nectar, and cocoa powder

Dinner
15 bean soup (left out the flavor packet and added my own)
added- tomatoes, and spinach. - served with sauteed chicken pieces and whole wheat rotini pasta with each bowl.

dessert -

cottage cheese, rasberries, agave nectar, and cocoa powder

I had a LOT of cheese and not enough veggies!

Hey folks! Anyone have any good PUMPKIN recipes?

There was a feature in the paper this morning about how full of goodness it is, but all I know to do with it is make pie!

OHHHH I do...but it isn't exactly healthy or low cal so I dont' know if you want it or not...LOL!

But it is good! I will have to dig it out! It is like a pumpkin spice bread (its in a really thin sheet) with kind of like a cream cheese icing in it and you roll it up and slice it...and eat it with coffee YUM! but like I said not the right kind of recipe for this site!

Josephine -- I had a question for you. I noticed you eat a lot of masala & curry & knish -- do you make them yourself?

Awhile back a googled some recipes for healthy curries & masalas (my favorite!), but I've been on the lookout for some better ones.

If you do make them, I was wondering where you got your recipes, or if you have them posted somewhere?
