Feeling a bit better today, but still no great urge to eat, but have been trying to as I know not eating only makes me feel worse.
bowl of cereal and 2% milk
glass of cranberry and orange juice x 2
half a bacon, cheese and veg wrap
small yoghurt
a few nacho chips
small plate of fajita chicken with sour cream, cheese and salsa
small piece of homemade lemon cake
40 oz water (ive been told to restrict h2o intake while on medication to concentrate the dose and basically not pee it all out!)

In the spirit of being accountable I'm going to post today so far even though it's far from ideal.

Breakfast -

1 cup Rice
1 cup lentils
2 cups potato chips
1 cup orange juice

Lunch -

1 sweet potato
1 tbsp Margarine

Dinner -

1/2 package frozen veggies
Tofu
Lots of water

Dinner is what I plan to eat, haven't had it yet. If I stick to it I'll come in at 1426 calories, within my range.
