RED TEAM: Final 2 weeks RED WINS!!
Here's how it works:
This will run from Monday 3/24 to Monday 5/5(Cinco de Mayo!). What you do is to try and spell out RED WINS each day of the week. You get the letter for each step you accomplish. Here is how you earn the letters: R - Ready yourself (making a plan of attack for the day) E - exercise (even if its just 15 minutes) D - daily affirmations (look yourself in the mirror and say something nice) W - water (drink your daily goal) I - inspiration (either by inspiring someone else, reading a success story, or posting some inspiration to the red team) N - try something NEW (either a new food, exercise, walking route..anything!) S - stretch (even 5 minutes in the morning makes a big difference in your day) Next, you need to post up what you got each day. For example, say I didnt exercise or try something new I'd get RDWIS for the day. The goal is to see how many RED WINS we can get for the last 2 weeks! We can do this Red Team!!! I'll start a thread specifically for reporting what your accomplishments for the day are. Good luck!!! |

so far today for the challenge I have:
R (hard to do on a Monday morning after a 3 day weekend, but did it!) E (after I get off of the Internet) D (noticing how well my arms are starting to take shape) W (I did drink 64 ozs today!!) I (on other thread) N (tried a new recipe for cauliflower and I will NEVER make it again) S (had to do this morning as my back has been in pain lately due to muscles tightening) :cheer::cheer::cheer::cheer: |

That water is getting me. And I agree with Andi - I am having a hard time coming up with something new each day. Creature of habit I suppose. |

REDWINS for Wednesday :) (though 40 minutes of Cardio Party Zumba is a LOT for this old lady - I think I will try a new RECIPE for tomorrow) ;)

Day 3 - Wednesday 3/26
REDWINS WOOOHOO 2 in a row!!! The stretching wasnt in the morning but I did stretch today, hoping it would ward off soreness. |
Wednesday:
R E D W I N S R - was able to make a plan even though woke up late E - exercised 30 minutes tonight C25K W3D2 D - daily affirmations W - drank above daily goal! I - The Biggest Loser Success Stories N - tried a new Protein Cookie after my workout. Super Duper Yummy S - stretched for 10 minutes after workout |

REDWINS Woohoo I did them all today! The try something new, is kind of tricky to do every day. But luckily in Cardio Kickboxing we did a new exercise that I had never done before. OUCH!!! It was for hips and butt! |

R~ planned food and my walk E~ did my walk on the track for 30 minutes D~ I gave myself a positive self talk today. :) W~Got in my 64oz I~ Read success stories on the WW site this afternoon N~ my something new was listening to a walking cd while I walked. I got it at the library and was amazed at how much it enhanced my walk. S~ stretched after my walk :woohoo: It feels really good to spell that out! |

REDWINS Thank goodness for my hula hooping because I had to take the night off the other exercise! My arms are SORE! |
