I haven't updated my exercise since 1/17/08 - It's a good thing I write everything down so I can update and contribute here.

1/20/08 = 35 min cardio at gym, 45 min dance DVD, 15 min arms & abs = 95 min = 218,083

1/21/08 - 45 min cardio , 45 min abs and weights = 90 min = 217,993

1/22/08 = 100 min cardio, 20 min abs and stretching = 120 min = 217,873

1/24/08 - 30 min cardio 45 min legs, abs, shoulders = 75 min = 217,798

1/25/08 - 30 min cardio 30 min abs and weights = 60 min =217,738
