Well the challenge has come to a close! But no fear! Another is just around the corner...
I want to congratulate you all for sticking it out for the full 13 weeks and losing all that weight! You should really be proud of yourselves and stick to your plans through the holidays! Just cause Santa comes around doesn't mean we can all get fat again! I'm gonna break down the results in a few separate ways...
