Well, it seemed to be a rough week for some people. We didn't quite make our 22 pound goal this week (but we did really well though!). We lost a chick this week who didn't weigh-in and had 2/2 Freebies used. So, remember ladies, it is SO important to get your weigh-in updated by the deadline. We are down to 21 people on our team.

I realize that Thanksgiving is upon us. Please, don't deprive yourself (don't binge either)!!!! That's one thing I told my mom last night. I've done so well on my new lifestyle change. Thanksgiving comes once a year. It's the one time I get to enjoy homemade desserts and foods. I'm not going to overeat, but I'm not going to deprive myself either. If I want a peice of Pecan Pie, I will have a peice. Same goes with the stuffing. (my 2 Thanksgiving favorites) If we have a bad weigh-in next week - it's okay (just please weigh-in even if you have a gain!!!)! We'll come back strong the following week. Just don't deprive yourself on this holiday for the sake of the team. ENJOY YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILIES! Just be sure to drink LOTS of water to flush out the salt!!!! :D
