It's week 7 and we are a little over half way through the challenge! In case you didn't see the note I left in the team chats, we are extending the challenge for one more week. So the last week will be December 2nd to December 8th with all final weights due by 11:59 pm est on December 10th. Results will be posted on December 11th and we'll announce the biggest loser! (Who gets a really sweet prize I might add!) So keep up the good work!

The Blue Team lost 4 people this week (I know it was a lot! ) Mainly because of used freebie weeks and non posting. We had some losses but the majority of us maintained (which is still awesome cause it'll be practice for later )

Okay, so we lost someone this week, but we also had 7 people use Freebies which put us in jeapardy of losing 5 people if they miss another weigh in. There are still 6 weeks left in this challenge everyone perhaps we ALL (all teams) need to regroup and remember why it is that we signed up for this challenge. I know alot of people made Halloween goals but maybe we could all as a group set some Turkey day goals. We'll get our Canadian and overseas friends in there with us too! Kind of an I'm thankful I lost the weight goal! Did you know the average person gains 8 lbs during the holiday season? Okay here are the Red team results:
