Time for that exercise challenge I promised you! 
This time around instead of driving miles, we are flying! We will start in Seattle, Washington and fly to our first destination Key West, Florida which is a total flight time of 8 hours and 49 minutes.
So what does all this mean?
There will be 3 separate threads for each team to post their daily exercise in and everything goes by minutes this time instead of miles. Normally I'd accept miles for those of you that don't track time when you're running but a jet goes 570 mph and the math equation would be down to the milliseconds if you only ran one mile! So make sure you keep track of those minutes!
The first team that makes it to Key West, Florida gets to pick our next destination and we start a flight to that next destination after I post the new flight times.
Just to keep things safe for you and fair for everyone, one person can not post more than 2 hours of exercise in one day. The only exception to this rule is if you only get online every other day and you can post for 2 days. (But you can't stockpile a week of exercise then post... only the day of your posting and the day before!)
