This is how it works. You can use the following measurements to track your mileage:
- 20 minutes of continuous exercise = 1 mile
- Pedometers that read milage
- Exercise equipment that read mileage
- Mileage you actually walked/ran
Simply post your miles as you exercise. Your team leader will be responsible for telling you where you stand and what vacation spot is coming up next!
