Red Team: Week 3, Personal Challenge
For Week 3 Red team is going to challenge ourselves. What you need to do is to choose something in your plan that you've been struggling with, set a goal, pick a reward and go for it!

I'm going to set 2 goals for myself for Week 3
1. Drink 3 liters of water a day 2. Exercise 3x this week. My reward will be a new haircut next weekend! I can do this!! ~melissa |
I too am setting two goals for myself.
1. Make sure to meet my exercise goals. To help with this, I've already written up an exercise plan for the week. At the bottom of it I wrote, just stick to it and get moving.:carrot: 2. Drink at least 64 oz each day. My REWARD: A Pedicure! Monday-Did it! Tuesay- |
1. I am going to do 10.5 miles on the treadmill this week.
2. Drink more water...would like to shoot for 64oz but don't have time to go to BR all day. :) Reward: manicure |

1. Do something active everyday. 2. Pack my lunch everday this week. 3. NOOOO BEEEER. Reward: I would really like to go tanning a few times before vacation-- so that will be my reward! |
