So now that we have our final list of players, we can start getting those starting weights together to build the teams! Originally I was going to start this tommorow and collect weights until the 20th, but I realized I would be skipping people that prefered to weigh in on Saturday.

So instead you have from now until April 20th (if you get it in early on the 21st its ok for this week) to submit your starting weight for the challenge. You can simply submit your numbers here (my pm box is getting full as of late).

Remember, the sooner the better! :D

Ummm. I'm confused. Saturday is the 21st. So it our starting WI extended through the 21st to include those or us (me) who WI on Saturday or should I go ahead and submit my weight from last week?

I was hoping to have the teams and leaders announced early because I'm in a wedding this weekend. I'm leaving my house at noon friday and more than likely will try to announce them before the crazy stuff starts happening Saturday.

I would extend it through the entire day of the 21st but the challenge starts the 22nd so I'd like to have the teams ready.

Are you using a scale at a meeting or one at home?

I'll probably send out a PM in a few hours just to cover my bases. Just have to get some homework finished so i dont have to do it Monday.

Is everyone starting on their loss? I started my PUSH dvds and I'm loving the exercise and the way my body already feels tighter in places. Just wish the scale would show it!

That's what's irritating me Chell, I've been working out for a while now and I keep struggling with the SAME 5 lbs, it goes up it goes down, it goes back up! WTH is that all about? It's very frustrating.

LittleBlueCat 04-19-2007 11:08 AM

My starting weight is 160 :)

--Acutally, my official LAWL Center's weight is 160.2, I am not going to fuss over the 0.2.... So I'd like to use 160 as starting weight - much easier to track!!

chellez 04-19-2007 11:09 AM

A lot of it has to do with diet. Then the other part is the fact you are gaining muscle. I gained after the last challenge but I haven't been on a strict diet for awhile now. I wanted to focus more on exercise for the time being. I'm either going to join weight watchers after this weekend is over or I'll start on the PUSH nutritionist's recommendation.

Diva 04-19-2007 11:45 AM

Yeah, that's what I've been doing for a month or two I was doing 1935 calories that some website told me then I saw that peeps here were doing 1500 to 1600 calories, so I am doing my best to do that, excluding this past Sunday... Heck, there are some day's it's more like 1200 or 1300 and it still just goes up and down. :( I so desperatly want to get out of the 190's and I keep ending up in 200 or more, it's so frustrating. I guess it's muscle and/or water because I feel tighter, parts of me are looking tighter, and my waist is getting smaller....too weird...
