Team changes and personal considerations
 

I'm sure most of you are aware that there was a small personal problem between two important players in this challenge. As a result, it's possible that not everyone will be continuing with the challenge, though we hope that will not be the case. I would like to say that every one of you has done a phenomenal job! It would really be a shame to let all of that effort and commitment end on a sad note.

I'm asking that each of you respect each other, and understand that not everyone gets along 100% of the time, and no one should be made to take any blame in this situation. I don't know the details and I don't need to know. I'm just looking at this group as a whole and your overall accomplishments here. You're an amazing group! We don't want anyone to leave, nor do we want anyone to be subjected to negative comments either on the forum or by PM.

We hope that everyone will be able to get past this very quickly and get back to the game. Please look around at what you've accomplished so far, and don't give it up.
