Just got back from a 45 minute walk with my kids. It was slower paced because my 3 1/2 year old was walking....but I was lugging my 1 1/2 year old on my back in the Ergo so I burned more calories by carrying him (he's 23 lbs).

did 70 minutes of fitness with my PUSH DVD tonight! Even while Idol was on!
Let's keep the momentum moving ladies..... we need that pot of gold! that's 30 minutes of cardio... 40 minutes of personal training 3 shamrocks + 10 minutes for next time :patrick: |
I did 30 minutes of Week 2 C25K = 1 shamrock. Better than nothin!

Ok, so I finally got some more exercise in! 3 more shamrocks for me (60 minutes of running/walking). That is a total of 6, far from the 50 I need!!
