Treadmill again 639-10=629. Woo Hoo we are almost there.

I got 15 more minutes of yoga and crunches in. Wish I could have gotten us under 600 but my neck was saying no no.

Just went for a 30 min walk w. my dog

I did my WATP for Abs 1 mile this morning, it was 17 minutes. I plan on more later. :D

I did workouts from Biggest Loser DVD's 1 & 2 for a total of 56 mins

My daily walk during lunch hour lasted 50 minutes:
