Scale moved a titch down. Credit. I ate less today. Credit. I did a 1 mile Walk Away the Pounds Happy Walk via Youtube which was awesome! Forgot that I actually like that Leslie Sansone and her indoor walking. So many videos to choose from too.
After supper DH and I went out for a walk to a place I have been meaning to walk at for months: the track at the school down the street and around the corner from us. We drove over (would walk next time) and then we did one lap of the track. DH was supposed to be keeping track of how long it took us to walk it or noting what the actual distance was. He did neither. I think I could do two laps at a brisk pace and it would be a good challenge.

Foodwise, a leap forward! Less eating. More time between meals. No snacks. Credit.
Credit also for decluttering three more bags of stuff and for clearing off my work desk in the dining room. Tomorrow's job is to clear the floor space around the chair so I can sit comfortably. Also I need to clear space behind me or beside me so I can set up my easel. Time to work on a canvas.
Of everything that was good today, the walking workout on youtube was the best. It is something I can use to de-stress and distract my mind when I am overwhelmed. I think it will be a great tool and a great strategy to use when I feel overwrought and want to eat eat eat.
