Hi, Coaches and Buddies.

Today was another decent day. I stayed under my calorie limit, and did better on my vegetables. I am trying to focus on more veggies in my diet, as I am getting stuck using up my calories on low GI carbohydrates and fat. Today was not an exercise day, but I did take a 1 mile saunter with my husband early in the day. I was not very productive at work, but am letting it slide as a Sunday.

Bill Blue Eyes, what a neat experience at the theater for you! Good job for staying "OKish" with your food.

Debbie R. (Lexxiss), I am so sorry to hear about your sister and I am sending you supportive thoughts. Also, sorry to hear about your AA friend. That stinks when you are just trying to help someone! With all of that, great job for getting back on track with a plan. Hang in there!

Gardener Joy, great job for giving yourself credit when you didn't see it at first. Awesome job at hitting your monthly exercise goal again!

Love 2 Garden, great job for eating so well and measuring your food!

Mary Ann, awesome to hear about the side effect of the medication being different than what you feared. Also, great job for recognizing your progress with your mindset via the Beck program.

One by One, great job on making a functional studio! Good luck with your goal setting! One thing I think that is helping me this time is reminding myself that thin people restrict their eating, and don't just eat whatever they want.
