I got a copy of BDS from a friend and really like the look of it. I have a huge problem with getting my head in the right place for weight loss. I don't need a diet as I know what I should be eating - its just staying in the right head space to make it happen.

I see you have a really good support thread here, I'm just wondering how a newbie joins in?

Hi there. I am in the same place as you are. I know what to do but I have so much trouble with my thinking. I would like to lose around 30 lbs. If you'd like to support each other, let me know!

That's all there is to it. We each generally report our progress with our eating plan and our exercise plan. But it varies by person and varies each day.
