Good Evening, Coaches.
Lots of good posting. I think I will do personals tomorrow. DS and I need to go to bed (triumphantly, I may say, having conquered Legoland for two days.)
The miracle is I remain OP with a VERY strict diet of only fruit and veggies, nuts and 1 cup oatmeal.
Lunch was tough - no food in the amusement park worked except a nice cut up pineapple and I supplemented with a few extra ounces of nuts. I found a caesar for dinner and added a couple servings of avocado. Still not hungry which I would never have believed. I goes Dr Furhmann knows his stuff.
The family pain seems farther way today. I treated myself to a St. John's outlet shopping spree while SIL took the boys to dinner. They have well made, incredibly expensive clothes. I bought three work shirts - becoming, colorful.
1 pound below ticker.
