I have been doing LCHF in various incarnations for a few years. I found it very difficult to stick to consistently until I had other health problems and through an elimination diet, found out I was gluten intolerant (and now diagnosed Celiac)
I occasionally have some high carb foods, like rice or corn based foods like corn tortillas for tacos.
I lost a LOT of weight (40 pounds) doing intermittent fasting and LCHF about 3 years ago.
Struggling a bit with weight gain as we are still in Covid19 lockdown.
I am interested in being more careful with my diet along with further IF.
But this group seems to be VERY quiet. anybody out there? or have people gone off low carb eating
