I'm starting induction tomorrow
What are some breakfast ideas?
How will I know for sure that I'm in ketosis?
Are diet cokes allowed?

Go to the Atkins website there are lots of breakfast ideas...
You don't need to be ketosis to lose weight. Please read any of the Atkins books
Diet cokes are allowed but you should limit the amout

Please read the quidlines for doing atkins 20 or 40
