think I beat all the newbies of the first of the year :D I"ve been on and off Atkins for several years and it works for me. I've gained 15 pounds since I was last here and high blood pressure and diabetes are nipping at my heels.

I am also trying to lose weight with Atkins. It has worked in the past and it's really the only thing that works for me.
I have struggled really badly with willpower……….and failed many times.

There are only good people here willing to help, many very knowledgeable people who have successfully lost the weight and kept it off and others who are on their way to meeting their personal goals.
I am not giving up and taking it one day at a time.
I find it very helpful and motivating to visit this forum.
